If a fax number is not answering, what are your alternate numbers?

We primarily use two toll-free numbers and one toll (long-distance) number. If the one you use is ringing busy or not answering, try one of the other two numbers.

If our fax provider is having problems, then we have a backup line that can handle limited usage:

Can I send answer sheets by email?

To send by email, you must follow specific requirements, and understand that results are not processed automatically. Outside of business hours, you may have to wait until the next business day. The requirements are:

  • The attachment must be TIFF Group 3 or 4 (a black and white fax format)
  • Single page or multi-page formats are permitted
  • Horizontal DPI set to 204
  • Vertical DPI set to 196

Can I use smartphone scanner apps with email to fax services?

Smartphone applications such as CamScanner are generally too poor quality to be automatically processed. If the camera is not exactly parallel and square to the answer sheet it is distorted (the corners are not square, or have a wide-angle look to them. Our recognition software cannot repair these distortions.

What do I do if I receive error messages or have not received my report within 15 minutes?
